Really friendly staff. They alone deserve the five stars. The hookah makes it even better. The food and booze are delicious and worth your time.

I have been there since the year of the earthquake. Prices have risen slightly since the time of Shisha and second party plans, but it is inevitable outside Japan since inflation is gradual. Thank you in the future.

A long-established foreign food store! Cooking is delicious. Cocktails are something foreign and sometimes strong. It is a fun place.

Waiter was creepy, overly friendly, talked to us as if he's doing us a favour, and ripped us off. Despite ordering a dinner course for 4 people, we received single person servings to share. Waiter specifically said that the dinner course is supposed to be shared. Also, horrible ethics as the creepy waiter stated that the owner was not present and could therefore "give" us free services.The food and drinks were fantastic. The staff, not so much. Portion sizes were misleading.

Easily one of the best hangout spots in Sendai. Has amazing food as well as amazing shisha. The owner is super friendly and adds to the overall atmosphere of the shop. I've never had a bad night at Middlemix!

I went to try the water cigarette! I think that mint flavor was good with a refreshing aftertaste.I felt the feeling that I came abroad for a while in an exotic atmosphere!

Food was very delicious! The service was excellent. 5 stars is not enough for this place. I wish i could give it more. The staff is very friendly and helpful. They also speak English. Roy, our waiter, is the best guy ever. He made us feel like home, maybe even better (don't let my mom see this, she will kill me if she find out i said this) I recommend this place for everyone, tourists or locals. You will not be disappointed. The service here should be the standard across the world.

Been there several times in the past 7 years, where I usually bring a group of friends or guests visiting Sendai. Interesting place, except for their Korean waiter. I have some Middle-Eastern descent which is visible to the point people ask me about it, and once went there wearing a dark green shemagh as a neck scarf. The aforementioned waiter had the audacity to ask me why am I wearing it if I’m not Middle-Easterner. I am a thousand times more Middle-Easterner than you buddy, so stick to your business, serve the table and don’t talk down to clients. I hope the master of the house reads this, by the way. It’s the only reason I’m not giving Middle-Mix a 5 star review.

Roy, our waiter, was extremely helpful and spoke good English. He recommended various dishes for me and my friend to try, and made some great conversation with us.The food was fantastic and affordable.They have hookah available but we were not interested. They also have free belly dancers on Fridays I believe, but we also have not gone on those days. We went on a Saturday night and it was not extremely busy. Just right, and very relaxing.

In the first place, there are many dishes that you don't see often, so considering the rarity, the price seems reasonable.In addition, you can enjoy local beers from countries in the Middle East as well. Among them, some Israeli beer is only offered at this shop. Of course cocktails are good.Shisha can be used by multiple people for about 1500 yen per unit. There are more than 10 flavors, mainly fruit-based.Occasionally shows are held at night, and you can watch the sexy belly dance.It is one of my favorite shops where you can experience various cultures.

We had dinner before and were looking for a good dessert shisha ~ and we were not disappointed. Good fuzzy navels and a really nice owner who not only took great care of our shisha but also gabe us great travel advice. 😊
